A running shoe built for the moderate to severe over-pronator who requires a combination of cushioning and reinforced stability. Open mesh upper promotes a breathable environment. Synthetic overlays provide durable, targeted support. Biomorphic Fit is created with a stretch material that is strategically placed throughout the upper to reduce buckling and provide an exceptional fit and feel. Discrete Eyelets - Independently placed eyelets evenly distribute lace tension for an enhanced fit. 3M reflective elements for visibility in low light. PHF (Personalized Heel Fit) creates a custom fit as the two layers of memory foam that line the collar mold to your heel. ComforDry sockliner offers anti-microbial properties for a drier, healthier environment. I.G.S (Impact Guidance System) is an ASICS design philosophy that employs linked componentry to enhance the foot's natural gait from heel strike through toe-off. Dynamic Cradle is a molded midsole component designed to enhanced guidance and fit. Solyte midsole is lighter in weight than ASICS' standard EVA and SpEVA. Its responsive nature delivers a supremely cushioned ride and makes it highly durable. Rearfoot & forefoot Gel cushioning systems work together to better attenuate impacting shock and allow the foot to move fluidly throughout the gait cycle. Gender-Specific Forefoot Cushioning - A top layer of injected Solyte for increased underfoot cushioning. Plus 3 - A women's-specific technology in which 3mm of height is added to help alleviate achilles tension. Discrete Heel Unit technology enhances the I.G.S system by creating the ultimate in shock attenuation and stability. Gender-Specific Space Trusstic System recognizes the periodic changes in a women's arch shape and provides for the controlled deformation of the arch into the space within the system. Guidance Line technology employs a vertical flex groove that decouples the tooling along the line of progression for maximum stride efficiency. AHAR (ASICS High Abrasion Rubber) is known for its supreme durability and is strategically placed throughout high-wear areas of the outsole.
